Larpocracy meets with Horizon Europe project MEN4DEM in Gdańsk!

On February 26, Larpocracy member Sarah Lynne Bowman (Uppsala University) was invited to present parts of the Framework for Effects Assessment and early results from Larpocracy for members of MEN4DEM and researchers in Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk!

Both projects include larp as a means to foster prosocial skills and democratic engagement and both universities are in charge of assessing the impacts of these interventions. At the invitation of Dr. Tomasz Besta, Bowman shared the mixed method longitudinal approach the project is employing to evaluate the larps, along with other strategies to study the political engagement of larpers more generally. The vibrant discussion was highly stimulating.
